antennas, which involves filling small metal holes. A fascia is plastic, and if things bump into it, it flexes. A large hole, like the license mounting plate, when filled may fail upon contact even if the bump is minor. But whether somebody who shaves Jspec fascias on a regular basis for resale would do a better job than a body shop doing a one of mod is anybody's guess AFAIK. Does your shop have a lot of experience with repairing polyurethane. If not, preshaved might be the way to go.
